Luau Day 16- Watercolor with tutorial


Watercolor
This is a simple and fun technique. 

Take a piece of blushing bride and cut it at 4 1/4 and score at 5 1/2 for your card base. This will be a flip up card opening. Cut a piece of shaded spruce at 4 x 5 1/4. Rough up the edges on it and on card base. Adhere the shaded spruce to card front. Take a piece of watercolor paper and cut it to 3 3/4 x 5. Using timeless textures stamp, stamp in crumb cake along top and bottom. Stamp the filigree in blushing bride randomly here and there. Stamp the palm leaf from tropical chic in granny apple green in two different spots. Stamp the seeds in shaded spruce here and there. Stamp the flowers in balmy blue in any open spaces. Spritz with water and let dry. Stamp the sentiment from tropical chic in the center with tuxedo black and adhere piece to card front.
