Twilight Saga Fire and Ice recipe swap

Front of recipe book, book is 8x8.

This page and

this page I designed.

All of these ladies have talent.

Cute with the bones.

Love all the pics they chose.

Lots of bling~

Unique styles of each mb member.

The idea was to pick a recipe from movie or own,

add a pic,

embellishment (silhoutte cut with MTC),

or quote to it.

Make enough for 8 people,

so each person got one.

We had a blast!!!

Last page of book with list of recipes and each MB member name.
Thanks for looking~

Snowman Snoflake ATC swap

A few years ago I was in a snowman-snowflake swap. I made a snowangel ATC. These were alot of fun.

Cricut Circle Weekly Challenge-French Manor ATC card

Here is an ATC card I made for the weekly drawing on the Cricut Circle blog. You have to use two cuts from the cart, I chose the word Paris cut at 2" and the Eiffel Tower cut at 3", cardstock is Bazzill light and dark pink. I wanted some dimension so I pop dotted the tower and layered it on top of another tower. You then had to have an embellishment to it. It had to be pearl or jewel. I chose to add both. I thought it turned out pretty nice. I used Bazzill white for the base of the ATC and black cardstock for the second layer. Matha Stewart white pearl and gem stickers. Cut file for the ATC card (white) and insert (black) from Brensdesigns.
Thanks for looking and all comments are welcomed~

Cricut Pumpkin Carving cart

I recently got this got and just had to try it out. I love wolves so I was pleased to see a howling wolf on this cart. I used the expression and the 12x12 mat. I selected the wolf and fit to page. Cut it out of chipboard and then again out of shiny black metallic cardstock from walmart. I glued it to the chipboard. I then took a 12x12 sheet of translucent vellumfrom paperbilities and glued it to the back side.  Here you see it with no light except the flameless candles from behind and then with the light on. Please excues the camera flash.
I just love this and plan on do more for Halloween.
Thanks for looking!

Hosting a swap on the Cricut MB

I am currently hosting a swap on the Cricut MB. It is Twilight Saga Fire and Ice recipe swap. I can hardly wait to see what everyone does for this. Each person has to decorate an 8x8 cardstock. On one side they are to put a Fire (Jacob) and the othere Ice (Edward) recipe and add a pic from the movie or a quote from the book-movie and some sort of embellishment. I will post pics of the completed book in Oct. That is when the swap ends. Thanks for checking out my blog~

My brothers wedding

I am working on a scrapbook of my brothers wedding. In a earlier post you saw the paint can I made for them for their gift. I have taken out the names and covered their faces for protection. I used the Hannah Montana cart for the words. Pop Princess for the first letter of each word and just the shadow feature for each letter behind them and the frame for their names. Assorted ribbons and prima flowers. The Wedding cart for the basket, rings, tux, gown and crown and the cardstock is DCWV The Luxury stack. As I get more done, I will post more pics.
Thanks for checking out my blog:)

Another Twilight ATC and ITT swap

Cricut Circle stamp

Here is the stamp I made with DS to make the Cricut Circle Cricut. I used Storefront the cricut face in blackout. Circle from GBS. I will have it uploaded to the site I have my cut files on. It is on the right side of my blog under My cut files. I used a new mat to hold the material, the deepcut blade and multicut twice.

Cricut Circle

I got my welcome kit in the mail the other day and I was excited! I decided to do something for this special day. I scrapbooked the items I had received. You can barely tell but on the page that has the certificate, I stamped some cricut circle cricuts in white and pink that I had made with the DS and the Cricut stamping material. Thank you PC and I will soon be checking out my new cartridge French Manor!

Glitter always getting all over your mats? Here is my solution to stopping this.

I use alot of glittered carstock and such, but I was tired of it getting all over my cricut mat. If you are like me you know they are costly. So here is the solution I came up with. I keep the left over sheets that came with the mats, mostly for shaker boxes. Then I thought, I bet I could use them to keep gliiter from getting all over the mat. I put my cardstock on the mat, any exposed areas I had left I then covered with the sheets from the old mats. I cut them down so they would not over hang the mat. WALA!! No more glittered covered mat~

Asian Inchies quilt

A few years ago on another site, I was in a swap to make inchies, this is when I was introduced to it. The theme was oriental/Asian. We each had to make 12 of our design. Mine is the last row second from the bottom. It did not turned out as well as I had hoped, but it was the first time. The woman then put them on cardstock like a quilt pattern. I inked the edges so it would stand out more.
