Blogger has shut down my new site, frustrating.

My new site has been locked out. They are saying it is SPAM. So please bare with me as I try to get this fixed and if it can not I will be looking elsewhere to start a new blog. If any of my followers have any advice as to what to do or where to go to start up a new blog. Please email at
