I was in a swap on the Cricut MB and we created items to the Christmas Song

 

 

 

Chestnuts roasting on an open fire

Create a TAG using a brick stencil or brick embossing folder or fireplace themed designer paper

Jack Frost nipping at your nose

Alter or decorate a GIFT BAG using a snowman, snowflakes, icicles, or snow theme

Yuletide carols being sung by a choir

Must incorporate sheet music designer paper or images of carolers into your idea

 

 

And folks dressed up like EskimosCreate something wintry but not Christmas-y

Everybody knows a turkey and some mistletoe

Must incorporate Greenery (Mistletoe, wreath, holly, etc.) into your idea

Help to make the season bright

Your home-made or bought idea must incorporate Tim Holtz inks/stains/paints or glimmer mists

Tiny little tots with their eyes all aglowYour home-made or bought idea must incorporate bling, light, illumination

Will find it hard to sleep tonight

Your idea must incorporate something to do with a star or stars (forgot to post pic of the frame with
 stars she made)

They know that Santa's on his way

Must incorporate a Santa theme with your idea

 

Decorate any type of CONTAINER and add a Holiday TREAT (candy, chocolate, nuts, etc.)

And every mother's child is going to spy

I spy something you would really like to have… (check out her wishlist!) She altered a canvas for me! Want to learn to do this.

To see if reindeer really know how to fly

Must incorporate a Reindeer into your idea OR a grunge idea with no reindeer required

 

 

 

And so I'm offering this simple phraseUse your favorite verse on a project or stamp/emboss/diecut out a favorite verse (3 images) for your partner to use on future cards or projects.

To kids from one to ninety-two

Your home-made or bought idea must incorporate numbers or December 25

Although it's been said many times, many ways

Create a set of 3 NOTECARDS or THANK YOU CARDS or GIFT CARD HOLDERS

 

 

Merry Christmas to youUse “Merry Christmas” phrase on a CARD you will make from you to your SS

Love and joy come to you

Create a 2 page 8x8 LAYOUT using theme “Love” and/or “Joy” (or use size your SS would prefer or create a mini, mini album, or if your SS does not scrapbook pictures, then feel free to send her Love or Joy Titles, Diecuts, Embellies she can use on her own future projects

And to you, your carol to you

Create something based on any CHRISTMAS CAROL fancy Folded card, tag, ATC, chunky dangle charm, etc)

Swap on Cricut MB

Scrappinmomma and I were partners in a swap. We were to make at least 5 items. Here is what we created for each other. Altered box.

An altered paperbag album. I have wanted to try one of these. She did an amazing job on it.

 A really cool small altered paint can, love the retro look she used. I feel like driving down route 66.

A matching 6x6 album she made for me to put my own spin on route 66!

I had wandered what a Junk Journal was and now I now. She did this with a steampunk feel. She used papers with gears and such on them:)

Easter/Spring SS Swap

 My SS Craftyoldbat made these items for me.  Are they just adorable! I love the wreath and the altered book. The box is springy!!

Thanks for my basket of goodies. The chocolate that came with basket did not last long LOL!

12 day Christmas gifts # 11 and 12

Here is day 11's gift. This has some really cool pages and vintage look. 

And today on day 12 Christmas Day, my SS elf got me the Trim the Tree cartridge. I will definatly being checking this out. Thank you SS elf!

12 day Christmas gifts # 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10

Day 6 I got 12x12 cutting mats for my cricut (sorry no pic) Day 7 3 bottles of stickles

Day 8 birthstone brads

Day 9 Jolee's silver & gold stars with I rock pearl glams

Day 10 red & green stars with alcohol ink pads, I can really use them! I go though them alot.~

12 day Christmas gifts # 3,4 & 5

On day 3 I got alcohol inks in Red pepper and Pesto.

Day 4 3 packs of ribbon in Forest, Natural and Lovely.

and day 5 is a bottle of Gold Glimmer Mist. Thanks to my Secret elf on the Cricut MB. We are all having fun seeing what we are getting~

12 day Christmas gifts #1, 2 and Christmas card

The first gift my Secret elf gave me is a Cricut dust cover. It is gorgoues.

The 2nd day is a bag of buttons, I love the colors.

This is the card my Secret elf made for me. Can hardly wait for the next day and the days to follow to open each gift. Keep checking back to see what surprise I get next!
