STORAGE BY STAMPIN’ UP! Q&A

Will old-design Stampin’ Pads fit in the Ink Pad & Marker Storage Trays?
No. The Ink Pad & Marker Storage Trays are designed to fit our new-design Stampin’ Pads only.
How high can I stack storage trays?
We stacked up to 50 storage trays without any issues, BUT we would not recommend stacking that high. While our Storage by Stampin’ Up! products are sturdy, the higher you stack them, the less stable they’ll become. Use your discretion when stacking.
With the launch of Storage by Stampin’ Up!, are storage products from other companies now deemed competitive?
No. Currently, we have not deemed any other companies’ storage products as competitive. Stampin’ Up! recognizes the subjective nature of competitive products and will regularly evaluate products in question, as well as Stampin’ Up!’s core product offerings. We strive to keep the best interests of Stampin’ Up! and our demonstrators in mind.
Can I mount my Storage by Stampin’ Up! products on the wall?
No. Our modular storage products are designed to sit on a table (or similar flat surface).
How should I use the Open Storage Cube?
The Open Storage Cube can be used to hold any miscellaneous items like ribbon, embellishments, and small punches. For more inspiration on ways to use items from our Storage by Stampin’ Up! product line, check out the configuration chart we created.
Can I mix and match Storage by Stampin’ Up! products?
Yes! Our Storage by Stampin’ Up! products are modular and designed with customization in mind. Take a look at the flyer for more information on the size and dimensions of each item in our new modular storage product line.
Do I need a Storage Lid for each 5-tray stack?
No. The Storage Lid covers the top of Ink Pad & Marker Storage Trays, Stampin’ Blends Storage Trays, and Open Storage Cubes, so you need only one per storage configuration.
Are Storage by Stampin’ Up! products free-standing or stacked?
Both. We designed these modular storage products to be free-standing and stackable, so you can customize your crafting space to work best for you.
Will there be expansions to the Storage by Stampin’ Up! product line in the future?
Like all of our product offerings, we hope Storage by Stampin’ Up! will be successful and expand. However, at this point in time, we can’t guarantee any additional modular storage products in the future.
Are there any Storage by Stampin’ Up! bundles available?
We are not currently offering any bundles for items from our Storage by Stampin’ Up! product line. If you’re looking for some examples on how to mix and match our storage pieces together, please take a look at the configuration chart we put together and provided on the demonstrator website.
How many Stampin’ Ink Refills can I store in the Storage Topper?
You can store up to 20 Stampin’ Ink Refills (or other small items) in the Storage Topper.
Are ink pads difficult to remove from Ink Pad & Marker Storage Trays?
No. When you insert an ink pad into a storage tray, a small portion of the ink pad will stick out. We designed it this way, so your ink pads will be both secure and easy to access.
Can I buy individual Ink Pad & Marker Storage Trays and/or Stampin’ Blends Storage Trays?
No. Both of these items include a set of five white plastic trays. Please use the configuration chart to determine how many storage units you need.
What material do you use to make Storage by Stampin’ Up! products?
Our modular storage products are made with white, acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) plastic, which is a lightweight and durable material.
How do the silicone feet work?
To protect your surface and prevent slipping, we’ve included peel-and-stick silicone feet with the Ink Pad & Marker Storage Trays, Stampin’ Blends Storage Trays, and Open Storage Cube.

Last week for Sale-A-Bration showcasing Home to Roost #1

To finish off the week of Sale-A-Bration I am going to showcase my favorite from the catalog from now til March 31.
It is free with a $50.00 order.

Home to Roost

I am such a country girl. I love the smell of fresh air, seeing the cows in pastures, feeding the chickens, watching the hay being mowed and bailed, feeding the horses and so much more to the country life. I loved all of this growing up. We used to have a rooster but he did not like me, I tried to be his friend but he had none of it and then one day, wham...getting flogged by a rooster is no fun. Needless to say he was not around much longer.
I still like roosters just no longer raise them.

Here I used the rooster with several items (some are retired and some sold out in the Sale-A-Bration catalog, sorry)
You can go here to see the original post.

Old Country Roses & Rustic Roses

I have always been a down home country girl, never had much use for city life. My dad was a butcher and so I was raised around hogs and cows. Sometimes my dad would try to save a sickly calf or a runt piglet. He would bring it home and he and I would take care of it. We had one calf that we brought into the house because it was to cold for it outside. I got the chicken pox and that calf would take care of me.  He and I were like fried chicken and mashed potatoes, we loved each other. He had the most beautiful blue eyes and so I named him my blue-eyed baby. Unfortunately he did not get to live long, just long enough to know he was loved. Our kitchen where he spent most of his life, was sort of patterned like the Country Floral Embossing folder and this made me think of him.

Now for my Country Floral cards:)

This first card I call Old Country Roses
I swiped the balmy blue ink pad on the raised portion of the embossing folder and then ran a piece of whisper white through it. Instead of having the raised portion showing it is reversed. I added a piece of the blue organdy ribbon and tied it into a knot. I then added some of the blue glitter enamel dots here and there. I colored in the flower with balmy blue dark blend and the leaves in mossy meadow dark blend and then fussy cut around them. I adhered them to card front with dimensionals and added yellow glitter enamel dots to the center of the flower. I added a piece of whisper white to the inside and left it blank for a personal note to be written.

This second card I call Rustic Roses
I again swiped crumb cake but on the opposite side and ran it through the embossing folder with the raised side being the focal point. I then embossed some gold foil with the tine tile embossing folder and cut two of the squares out and adhered to the top and bottom left corners. I stamped the sentiment from home to roost "Enjoy the simple moments" onto a piece of crumb cake cardstock and added it to the card front. I left the inside blank again for that special note.

Here is where it shows the embossed and reverse embossed sides. See the difference it makes for each card?

Sale-A-Bration is almost over, here is an update of what is low and sold out

LILY FRAMELITS DIES LOW INVENTORY

Sales for the Lily Framelits Dies (item 150071) are rapidly approaching our forecast and our inventory will soon be depleted. Once the item runs out, it will no longer be available. We have found that while-supplies-last items, such as Sale-A-Bration products and items released outside of publications, are not showing up in the low inventory section of the Inventory Status Report, so this item will not be listed as low inventory before we run out. We expect the remaining inventory to go quickly but wanted to give you as much notice as we could once the issue was discovered.

BUNNY BUILDER PUNCH IS NO LONGER ORDERABLE

Sales for the Bunny Builder Punch (item 147039) have exceeded our forecast and our stock is now depleted. Once we receive additional inventory (at the end of April), we will fulfill all backorders. If you or a customer want to cancel a backordered Bunny Builder Punch, please call Demonstrator Support and we will assist you.

UPDATE ON DIE INVENTORY

If you would like to be notified via email when this product is back in stock, please enter the item number on a customer, workshop, or demonstrator order. You will receive a pop-up notification asking if you like to receive an email when it is again available for purchase.
Due to complications with our die supplier, we’ve run out of the Doily Builder Thinlits Dies (item 148553) in North America and they will not be available in the future; this item will retire with the 2019 occasions catalog and because of these complications, we will not be able to replenish inventory on this item. If you placed an order for these dies while the item was on backorder, your order will be filled as soon as possible.
We anticipate our inventory may soon be depleted on a few additional dies that will retire with the current occasions catalog. The dies listed below will retire and will likely run out before the end of the catalog sales period.
If we sell out of these dies, they will no longer be available to order:
  • Wonderful Floral Framelits Dies (item 148529)
  • Rose Trellis Thinlits Dies (item 148549)
  • Detailed Birthday Edgelits Dies (item 148548)
We are also concerned that we may run out of a few dies that will carry over into the new annual catalog. If this happens, they may go on backorder or may not be available to order until we are able to replenish the inventory.
We recognize that this is frustrating for you, and apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing. The last thing we want to do is disappoint our demonstrators and their customers, so we are working on solutions to improve the situation with this product line.

CALL ME CUPCAKE FRAMELITS DIES SOLD OUT

Our Call Me Cupcake Framelits Dies (item 150072) from the Sale-A-Bration Coordination promotion have sold out.

HOP AROUND FRAMELITS DIES SOLD OUT

Our Hop Around Framelits Dies (item 150073) from the Sale-A-Bration Coordination promotion have sold out.

ORGANDY RIBBON COMBO PACK SOLD OUT

The Organdy Ribbon Combo Pack (item 149623) is no longer available in North America.
Keep the Sale-A-Bration going! See the Sale-A-Bration catalog for additional items that you can redeem for Sale-A-Bration.

Lets hear it for the boys and their toys

I love Stampin' Up! and being a part the team is a wonderful bonus. I belong to a special group called Ink to Art on Facebook, that my direct team lead hosts for her down line and I am honored to be a part of that team. I also have my own team called Cupcakes & Lattes Stampers on Facebook (I also have a regular account with the same name) and when you are a part of my team you also get to participate with the Ink to Art team. This is just one of the advantages when you join my team. Another advantage is participating in the team element shares. Each month a few elements is sent out to the team members that want to participate and create a card and then we can share on our blogs. I also do challenges for our team. Sometimes they are create a card or 3-D item and etc. Plus when joining a team you get the discounts that Stampin' Up! offers.

Here is a taste of what being a part of the team does each month. This month was about the boys and their toys, Geared Up Garage. Every boy loves cars so this stamp set is perfect for the guy in your life. Our team rocks! Sorry if I am boasting out loud about the team, I just love working with these ladies:)
