Late Merry Christmas! and a swap
I was in a swap on the Cricut MB and we created items to the Christmas Song
Chestnuts roasting on an open fire
Create a TAG using a brick stencil or brick embossing folder or fireplace themed designer paper
Jack Frost nipping at your nose
Alter or decorate a GIFT BAG using a snowman, snowflakes, icicles, or snow theme
Yuletide carols being sung by a choir
Must incorporate sheet music designer paper or images of carolers into your idea
And folks dressed up like EskimosCreate something wintry but not Christmas-y
Everybody knows a turkey and some mistletoe
Must incorporate Greenery (Mistletoe, wreath, holly, etc.) into your idea
Help to make the season bright
Your home-made or bought idea must incorporate Tim Holtz inks/stains/paints or glimmer mists
Tiny little tots with their eyes all aglowYour home-made or bought idea must incorporate bling, light, illumination
Will find it hard to sleep tonight
Your idea must incorporate something to do with a star or stars (forgot to post pic of the frame with
stars she made)
They know that Santa's on his way
Must incorporate a Santa theme with your idea
Decorate any type of CONTAINER and add a Holiday TREAT (candy, chocolate, nuts, etc.)

Must incorporate a Reindeer into your idea OR a grunge idea with no reindeer required
And so I'm offering this simple phraseUse your favorite verse on a project or stamp/emboss/diecut out a favorite verse (3 images) for your partner to use on future cards or projects.

Create something based on any CHRISTMAS CAROL fancy Folded card, tag, ATC, chunky dangle charm, etc)

Fall Alphabet swap

Challenge #151 Lemonade For Sale at Kenny K'sKrafty Krew
The theme for this fortnight Challenge is:
Lemonade For Sale
with a Photo Inspiration

Here is my take on this, I chose Kenny Fun Faerie. I used Spectrum Noir pens on her. The background is a picture I found on the internet. I uploaded to power point and used the wordart for the month (April). I am in the process of making a Kenny K Kalendar with the images I have bought. Origami Box
A while back I posted a video of this box from Card-Making-Magic. Here is mine, it was actually a lot easier than it looked. This was another item for the fall swap. I thought this would fit the berries theme. The color reminded me of strawberries and cream.

Fall/Pumpkin Stick Pin Easel Card
I made this for a swap. Thought it turned out pretty good for my first try at it. The theme is a fall alphabet theme. Pumpkins is for this one.
Beads for stick pins are from Jesse James Beads-Fools Gold, flowers from Petaloo-Citronelle, solid cardstock from Colorbok, pearls from Prima-peach, pumpkin bling from Recollections and pattern paper from DCWV Fall paper stack

Easel Stick Pin Card Tutorial
I have been searching for a way to hold stick pins. I did not always want to make a pin cushion. I came across this video and this is what I will make for any future stick pin swaps I will be in. TFL:)

I know I have not been posting much. But I promise I will be. I am currently in a Fall Alphabet swap due in Sept. So I will share pics soon. In the meantime I will be posting youtube videos I like and hope you will enjoy.
On another note, after being out of school for 24 yrs, I have decided to go back to school. In August I will be attend Marion Technical College. I will be the first in my family to go and my parents are proud of me going back. Wish me luck with my new adventure to add to my life.
